- Support project managers with administrative tasks related to construction activities.
 - Maintain organized records of project documentation and reports.
 - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
 - Maintain all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits.
 - Draft contracts.
 - Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
 - On board new subcontractors and maintain insurances and licensing.
 - Acquire proper permits as necessary and ensure all correct procedures are being followed with local municipalities.
 - Schedule inspections with building departments.
 - Update contract status with change orders and keep customer and client advised.
 - Oversee collections activities.
 
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
 - Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 - Knowledge and understanding of construction processes.
